Our emotions influence our perception of ourselves and reality. How can we consciously navigate through our emotions, see with clearer eyes, and make wiser decisions? The Nyingma Buddhists figured it out, and distilled their insights into a practical tool called “The Cycle of Emotions”. I've personally been using this tool daily for almost 10 years and it's helped me tremendously.
